Email Promos Exposed Video Series: How to Write Killer Email Promos That Get Results! My thoughts…

Have you ever been faced with the task of having to write an email promotion to your list, and then realized that you didn’t know what to say or how to say it?

Well, I’m not sure if many of you have seen or even heard of Michael Rasmussen’s new video course “Email Promos Exposed”…but if you haven’t checked it out or watched the videos, you own it to your self to do so! Email Promos Exposed videos walk you through the actual process of creating killer email promos step-by-step.

I decided to see if Michael’s videos live up to their promise by trying them out myself. Here’s what I found:

*************************************************
Overall Quality
*************************************************

The first thing I noticed when I opened up the first video was the stunning production quality. He used Camtasia Studio for the production, which is now the industry standard for creating high-quality screen capture video products. The audio is near studio quality, and the graphics are very professional. These videos were made by someone who KNOWS what he’s doing. Well done!

I also liked how Michael divided the videos up by section, and then again by sub-section. For example, one video is all about the subject line, and then there are different parts of that video that each cover a certain area of crafting a killer subject line.

*************************************************
The Actual Videos
*************************************************

Here’s a brief summary of each video. Obviously it’s impossible to list every single thing here, but I want you to get a feel for what each one covered, and how well it covered it.

VIDEO 1 – INTRODUCTION

This video served as an introduction to the whole course. You get to see a picture of Michael in his every day life, and he establishes his credibility right up front by talking about some of his massive successes online. He even provides proof of credibility. This is a good lesson for anyone to get. Whenever you’re teaching people how to do something, it’s good to establish your credibility up front, so that there’s no doubt about whether or not you’re qualified to talk about the subject. Most product developers either skip or minimize this step.

VIDEO 2 – BEFORE YOU WRITE THE PROMO

This video talks about some things that no other marketer has bothered to mention. You’ll learn things like:

* The mindset you need in order to write a killer promo

* The different tools you need before you get started

* How to keep your emails laser-focused

* How to create an outline that practically writes the email for you.

This was a fantastic video, and did a good job of kicking things off.

VIDEO 3 – THE SUBJECT LINE

I liked this video, because it talked about one of MY biggest weaknesses when it comes to writing email promos… the subject line. The subject line is a confusing topic, because nobody’s 100% sure what the best tactics are.

Michael breaks it down, and reveals:

* The biggest secret for writing a subject line that makes people insanely curious.

* Techniques for personalizing the subject line.

* Mistakes to avoid when using personalization.

VIDEO 4 – THE OPENING

This is where a lot of people slack off when writing their emails. Michael talks about how important it is to create an opening that is conversational, and then reveals techniques and examples on how to do that.

He also reveals:

* How to get people to keep reading your email once they’ve opened it.

* How to make your opening interesting.

* Mistakes to avoid when creating your first few paragraphs.

VIDEO 5 – THE BODY COPY

This is one of the “meatiest” portions of the course, because it reveals techniques that are not widely discussed on the forums, blogs, and in most eBooks. He talks about the importance of keeping your body copy tight and relevant, and then reveals how you can do that. You’ll also learn:

* How to write powerful bullets that make people curious and want to find out more.

* Simple formatting tricks for making your body copy easy to read.

* The secret of “bucket brigade copy” and how to use it in your email promos to force people to keep reading.

VIDEO 6 – THE CALL TO ACTION

This is where a lot of people wimp out in their email promos. They start out strong, but when it comes time to ask the reader to click the link and take action, they don’t know what to say. Michael talks about some of his favorite techniques for making that happen, and also reveals:

* The “magic question” to ask yourself that will make your close much more powerful.

* The secret of the “unanswered question” and why handling this is a surefire way to get people to act right away.

* The structure of a powerful close.

* Mistakes people make when creating their close.

VIDEO 7 – CREATING AN EFFECTIVE P.S.

Some people say that the P.S. is one of the most important parts of the email, because it is often the one thing that gets people to click the link at the end. In this video, Michael talks about:

* Why you should including a P.S. at the end of your email.

* The 4 different kinds of P.S.’s you can use (this section was a real eye-opener for me).

VIDEO 8 – COMMON MISTAKES PEOPLE MAKE

I loved this video, because it showed me some mistakes that I was making that I wasn’t even aware of. Unless you’re a seasoned pro, you’re probably guilty of some of the things that Michael talks about in this video as well, and that’s why it’s so valuable. I’ve shaved years off my learning curve, because now I can avoid some of the costly mistakes that I was bound to make in the learning process.

VIDEO 9 – HOW TO CREATE FOLLOW-UP EMAIL PROMOTIONS

This video alone is going to make me a lot of money. Why? Because I used to only send out one email promo for each affiliate promotion I was doing. Michael showed me in this video how important it is to send a follow-up promotion, and he showed me exactly how to do it. He covered things like:

* The psychology of follow-up email promo’s.

* The 2 main types of follow-up promos that make the most money.

* How to overcome readers’ objections in your follow up emails.

* The 2 most common mistakes people make when writing follow-ups and how to avoid them.

VIDEO 10 – HOW TO WRITE BACK END EMAIL PROMOTIONS

Every marketing guru out there says that the REAL money is on the back end. I’d have to agree with them, but the problem is… most people have no idea how to set up a back end system that makes money. This video will teach you how to set up an automated back end that’s loaded with killer promos that make you lots of cash on autopilot. He reveals things like:

* The big difference between regular and back end email promos.

* How to prepare a back end promotion sequence.

* Common mistakes people make when creating back end email promos.

VIDEO 11 – CREATING AFFILIATE EMAIL PROMOTIONS

This could be the most important video of the entire package for a lot of people, because most people email their list to promote other people’s products as an affiliate. Let’s face it, if you only have 3 products, can you really afford to only email your list 3 times a year? They’ll get bored hearing about the same old products over and over again. This video sheds some light on how to create killer affiliate promos. Michael reveals things like:

* The two main types of affiliate promos.

* What makes affiliate promos different than regular promos (and why ignoring this huge secret could cost you big money).

* Michael’s favorite tactics for creating affiliate promos that no one else is doing.

* 3 different ways to add scarcity to your affiliate promos (this is the most important section of the video, so make sure you watch it over and over again).

*************************************************
Conclusion
*************************************************

As you can see, Email Promos Exposed really packs a lot of punch! Most of the courses out there offer only watered down, weak content. Not this one! These videos are going on my “A-list” for a long time.

I’ve already watched them twice, and plan on reviewing them every couple months to make sure that I have the principals, techniques and tactics burned into my mind.

If email marketing is an important part of your business (and in my opinion, it’s the most important part of ANY online business), then you owe it to yourself to check out Michael’s exciting new videos, Email Promos Exposed.

And Congratulations!

Your Software Website – Product Review

I’ve had the chance to check out Your Software Website and for those of you that aren’t familiar with it, it’s really a “must see” – at least to check it out. It quite possibly may be THE business for you.

Dave Nicholson has just released this excellent product (Your Software Website) and it really is a super high quality, top end website that has a mountain of features.

Your Software Website really is one of the best made websites, that has been designed for the every day user, I have ever seen! Trust me when I tell you that this website is worth at least 10x the price that Dave is charging.

The possibilites that you can create from this site are endless because just about every single area in the site is editable from a awesomely designed admin panel, and the cash generating possibilites are outstanding.

Dave really has said to himself  “how can I generate the maximum possible cash for people” when he designed this site. He’s definitely thinking of us! There are cash generating links just about everywhere, but the best part is that is does not look like an ‘ad site’, it looks exactly like what it is, a fully stocked, fully linked software website that’s easy on the eye. The everyday visitors to this site will all be like kids in a candy store!

I really take my hat off to Dave Nicholson on this one, and I would very, very highly recommend it to absolutely anybody wanting an additional income online.

Here is a list of just some of the features:

# You get your our own admin panel so you can simply edit your site with a few clicks.

# You can change your header, sub-heading and footer text by simply adding text into a field in your admin panel.

# You can do basic SEO on your site by simply adding text into a field in your admin panel.

# Your website comes pre-loaded with over 30 sofware titles that you can re-sell.

# Your website comes pre-loaded with over 30 affiliate software links.

# All of your links within your site are linked to YOUR ClickBank or YOUR PayDotcom ID’s from within your admin panel.

# Your website comes pre-loaded with an opt-in form, so you can build your list, also editable from your admin panel.

# All of your payments from the site are made to YOUR Paypal account, editable from the admin panel.

# The website and the admin area has been created with ‘super simple’ controls, so you do not need any special knowledge at all, if you can click a mouse and type text, you have all the knowledge needed to fully setup your website.

And that’s not all…I have just negotiated a *special Deal* with Dave where you can get this awesome website with a massive discount, for a very short time only from this link, click right here! Pretty cool, right?

To your success…

15 Ways to Build Your Subscriber List

Email marketing can be profitable for any business, no matter what kind of product or service you are selling. It is significantly cheaper than other advertising methods and it helps build credibility with your subscribers. As a result, you can generate more sales and profits.

The foundation for successful email marketing is a targeted, responsive and permission-based email list. If you have a list of subscribers that trust you and consider you an expert, you’ve completed the first step and are on your way!

Below you will several list-building ideas that will help you make the most of your email marketing efforts:

*Provide useful, relevant and unique content. Your visitors will not give you their email addresses just because they can subscribe to your newsletter free of charge. You have to provide unique and valuable information that will be useful to your subscribers.

*Add a subscription form to every page of your website. Make sure it stands out so it is easy to find. If appropriate, you can also include it in more than one place. For instance, your opt-in form might always appear in the top-left corner of your site, while you also include an opt-in at the bottom of some of your popular posts.

*Make it easy for your reader to sign up. The more information you request, the fewer people will opt-in. In most cases, a name and an email address should be enough. If it’s not necessary, don’t include it here.

*Publish a Privacy Policy. Let your readers know that they can be confident you will not share their information with others. The easiest way to do this is to set up a Privacy Policy web page and provide the link to it below your opt-in form. (wow, this is something I’ve been meaning to do…)

*Show your first issue or other sample to your visitors. This lets potential subscribers review your newsletter before they sign up to determine if it is something they’d be interested in.

*Archive past newsletter issues. A “library” of past newsletters is both appealing and useful to visitors and builds your credibility as an authority. (Also, if your articles are written with good SEO techniques in mind, they can send additional traffic to your web site through good search engine positioning).

*Contact other newsletter publishers. Introduce yourself and explore ways you may be able to help each other. Perhaps you can introduce other publisher’s newsletters or print articles they have written to your list, with a link to sign up. When you contact them, be sure to tell them why you think THEIR readers would like what you have to offer and why YOUR readers would benefit from their newsletters. This is a win-win scenario; both of you will build your lists faster!

*Give away bonuses subscribers can use. Create an opt-in bonus for joining your subscriber list. You can write an ebook or PDF report, or even hire a programmer to create downloadable or web-based software. But don’t limit yourself to only a gift for new opt-ins. Remind your readers that the next bonus is coming soon. People hate to miss out on things. If you systematically pass on “goodies” throughout the year, your subscribers are unlikely to leave.

*Ask your subscribers to pass it on. Word of mouth is a powerful viral technique that works great with email marketing. If your subscribers find the content you share with them to be informative, they will pass your newsletter on to their friends. This can be a good source of new subscribers.

*Let others reprint your newsletter as long as the content is not modified. Many webmasters and newsletter publishers are actively looking for high-quality content and, if they reprint your newsletter, you will get new subscribers, traffic and links pointing to your site.

*Include a “Sign Up” button in the newsletter. If you are using plain text instead of HTML, provide a text link to your subscription page. You may feel that this is not required because the subscriber is already on your list, but remember that readers will forward your newsletters to others, or reprint it online. You want to make it easy for them to subscribe.

*Add a squeeze page. A squeeze page has one goal – to get an opt-in and build your list. Think of it like a mini-sales letter for your subscription or opt-in bonus. It features a powerful headline and a couple of very important benefits that should make subscribers want to sign up to your list.

*Include testimonials on your squeeze page. This can be important. Put 1 or 2 strong testimonials from satisfied subscribers on your squeeze page. This can be in any format, but you may find that multimedia (audio or video social proof) is more “believable”. To increase that believability, include full names, locations and/or urls; don’t use “Brian K, FL” as a testimonial name.

*Blog religiously. Blogging is a great way to communicate with your potential customers, and it creates a nice flow with your email marketing. Be sure to include your newsletter sign-up form on each page of your blog. You can start a free blog at Blogger or WordPress.

*Post on other blogs. Post great comments and information on similar blogs with a link to your squeeze or opt-in page. Also comment on others’ blogs through trackbacks. In most cases, your comments will be posted on their blogs with a link back to your site. This is an easy way to generate new traffic and subscribers. You can actually download a copy of my Blog Warrior software, which makes finding blogs in your niche, commenting, and building links a whole lot easier (for free for a limited time) right here.

One last point, you will most definitely need an autoresponder service to automate the signing up process, the newsletter delivery, subscriber management, etc… It’s impossible to be online marketing today without the use of autoresponders. Three of the top autoresponder services that I like are Aweber, Trafficwave, and GetResponse. They are all quite reasonably priced and I feel each provides topnotch support. If you know me, though, you’ll know which one I use the most and actually prefer ;)

Now go ahead…get to building your subscriber list :)

Total Web Traffic – One for the Little Guys!

It’s great to finally see that somebody has thought of the little guys when creating a product. Total web Traffic is a web traffic course that is targeted for beginners, so if you have never used traffic generation before, now is the time to start.

I’ve had a chance to check this out and really recommend this for anybody, either starting out or even fully established. Because, like Dave says: “Why settle for a few hundred if you can have a few thousand, and why settle for a few thousand when you can have a few hundred thousand visitors”?!

There’s a strong 60 day money back guarantee so there’s no worries there. This is a great program that anyone can use… we all need traffic.

What You Need Before Getting Started

Building a free membership website is actually easier than it may sound..not super easy, but not that complicated either. There are so many associated advantages to having a free membership site that the little bit of trouble and expense will be well worth the time and effort that are required.

To get started on building your free membership website you are going to need some tools. The first thing that you will need to have is a web hosting service. There are actually two web hosting services that are excellent, reasonably priced and effective. You will have choices to make when you visit either of these two websites.

Web Hosting:

Host Gator

(This one is my personal favorite and the only one I use) You will see that there are several choices of servers ranging in price from a measly $6.95 per month to a whopping $174.95 per month. The service that will most likely serve your needs for a very long time can be found under the fist choice of ‘Personal Hosting’. When you click on the ‘learn more’ link, you will see that there are several choices beginning with a ‘hatchling’ account and all the way up to a Semi-dedicated account.

Net Host

When you visit this site, click on the middle button that says ‘$14.95 more info’. You will see that you are being offered 500MB of disc space and a site builder for $14.95. Larger amounts of disc space are available for more money each month. I’d start with the $14.95 and then add additional disc space as needed. There is a Site Studio offered with all of the plans but it isn’t free with any of them.

Domain Names:

Now you need a domain name. Domain names are very specific and completely unique. When you type in a domain name, your computer takes you to that website and ONLY to that website. To start with you should think up several possibilities for your domain name. Using your own name in the domain name will make it easier to find one that hasn’t already been taken. But a better way to think is to use keyword specific words related to your memberhips site. You aren’t very likely to find the simplest ones to be available so you are going to have to get a bit creative. Here’s a two places that you can register your domain name. There are others…

Name Cheap

Here you will see that it will cost you only $8.88 to register your domain name. There will be many offers for additional names and products. What you really need here is a domain name for no less than two years. You do not need to pay for anything additional that is offered.

GoDaddy

Here you will see that you can register your domain name for $8.95 per year. Again…you will be offered many extras but all you really need is to register your domain name for two years. The reason you need to register it for two years is that search engines really don’t like domains that are only registered for one year. Spammers tend to only register for one year at a time because they won’t be at the same location for anywhere near that long.

Membership Software:

If you are going to have a membership website, then you must have the software that will accomplish that. There are basically three sites that you should visit and look over the product offered on each site.

1) aMember

2) Launch Formula Marketing

3) Butterfly Marketing

Theme and Content:

As with every website, there must be a theme as well as content. There is a saying among Internet marketers that, “Content is King” and that’s pretty accurate. The only way that you can keep members visiting even a free membership site is to keep it constantly updated and loaded with fresh and relevant content that pertains to the theme of your site.

There are many ways to get good content. There are article banks where you can download free articles for reprint. There are sites where you can get PLR material that will provide good website content. You can also hire ghostwriters to write fresh content.

Blogs or Forums:

Most hosting services (both of the ones mentioned above) have included a utility called Fantastico. This feature allows you to set up a blog or forum on your membership site. In addition you can install such things as customer support, content management systems, polls and a host of other things. You really need to poke around in your hosting service to see what all is available.

Help Desk:

Installing a help desk is entirely optional. It is, by no means, a required feature for a free membership site. The software can be found at the HelpDesk website at http://www.perldesk.com/. The cost of the HelpDesk software starts at $99.95. Although this is not required the HelpDesk software can be very beneficial. It will allow you to you to organize your companies customer relations to a database backed browser based help desk. This can save you a whole ton of headaches particularly if you have multiple businesses.

Okay, that’s about it. You need a hosting service, a domain name registered, membership software, a theme and website content, a blog or forum and maybe a Helpdesk. This will be enough to get your free membership website off of the launch pad.

Stay tuned…and check out these examples of great free membership sites…

Okay, so I just wanted to take a few moments today and share some extremely valuable information with you. I’m not kidding, this is quite good, so listen up…

We all know that list building is a very important part of affiliate marketing, or any kind of internet marketing for that matter, but have you heard any talk of new list building strategies as of late? I guess everyone goes along, using what we already know, day in and day out, gathering subscribers. That’s all well and good, but don’t you really wish a completely new strategy would surface, something completely “outside the box” and one that won’t cost you an arm and a leg?

(Drumroll…please…)

Guess what… I have some totally excellent news for you…that strategy has surfaced… infact two awesome strategies have surfaced – both have the “wow factor” AND => You can learn these strategies free, yes free of charge. I was blown away by both, couldn’t believe how simple these were to implement, had an “ah ha” moment, and actually set them up – yesterday.

I’m sure you have heard of Socrates Socratous, a brilliant internet marketer. Well, something I did not know – he has a subscriber list of over 250,000 people. Someone to pay attention to, I’d say. Socrates has just revealed two new list building strategies AND he is sharing them – with all of us. He is just too cool :)

Seriously guys, you will want to check these videos out. The content is excellent, there’s absolutely no sales pitch, no hidden agenda, just pure powerful content. And it’s not the same old stuff…trust me, most of you probably have not seen this before. Just look at the size of Socrates’ list…do you think this might be powerful?!

Take a few minutes, visit this page, and you’ll get full access to both list building, subscriber generating videos.

Don’t “wait ’til later”, do it now – you won’t be sorry!

Enjoy!

Generating traffic is more art than science. As most of you know, it usually requires some trial and error before you find what works best for you and your site/business. But if you stick with it, you’ll be rewarded with a steady stream of visitors!

Here are some more ways that you can generate some serious traffic…

** Run weekly or even monthly polls on your site. People really do love to voice their opinions, so encourage them to do so by running weekly or monthly polls. If you choose topics that are controversial or have a wide appeal, visitors will also be interested in seeing the results. This can be a great way to keep people coming back – remind them when a new poll has been posted and let them browse through the results.

** Start a niche focused forum. A popular forum is an excellent source of traffic. Although it can be a lot of work to get one started, if you choose a narrowly focused niche topic you’ll find that word of mouth advertising will help it take off. Two of the most popular scripts for adding a forum to your site are phpBB and Snitz Forums. Both are free (as far as I know, they used to be).

** Make it a habit to ask visitors how they found your site. Although you should be tracking all of your site traffic it also may be a good idea to add a field to your order form asking people how they found your site. You may be surprised by the answers! This is certainly another way to get a detailed idea of the best places to get targeted traffic from!

** Start a blog in your niche market – an absolute must! Seriously, if you aren’t blogging in your niche, start one now. Blogger.com is free and simple to set up. Put up a subscribe button, post frequently with quality content, and traffic will start coming in.

** Write articles and submit them to ezines and article directories. There are a ton of ezines and article directories online. Writing good quality articles and submitting them is still one of the best ways to get free, targeted traffic.

** Ask your visitors for referrals with a “Tell A Friend” feature. (Something I am working on, but have yet to implement! :) It really is true that ‘birds of a feather flock together’. In other words, most people know a lot of other people just like themselves. Use this to your advantage by making it easy for visitors to refer your site to their friends and colleagues with a ‘Tell A Friend’ feature. This is a small script that allows others to enter the contact information of people they think would be interested in your site and have an email automatically sent to them with your URL. Since word of mouth is by far the best type of advertising, this technique can be very effective for bringing in targeted traffic.

** Usually just asking for the referral is all it takes but if you want to get even more referrals offer people a bonus such as an eBook or special report if they use your form to refer their friends. An easy to use script for handling this type of incentive program is Tell-A-Friend Pro.

** Carefully track all of your traffic! To get a complete picture of your website traffic it’s a good idea to use both unique tracking URLs and your website statistics info. Unique tracking URLs will give you exact clickthroughs for every URL you publish. For example if you write an article and include your URL in the resource box you can create a unique tracking URL and know exactly how many people clicked through to your site. Use a different tracking code for every marketing initiative. A great option for creating tracking URLs is ProTrackerPlus.com.

This should be enough to get you started, check out my last post also, more traffic generating strategies…

Let’s Talk Traffic!

The more traffic you generate, the greater your income! Believe that? I do! Seriously, it’s as simple as that. But unfortunately, generating the traffic can be a challenge. I have found it to be my greatest one – every day. Just keep plugging away…it gets better! Here’s what you can do…

** Submit regular press releases to relevant media outlets.  Don’t think it takes knowing the right people to get publicity for your business. By distributing regular press releases that are well written, targeted and interesting the media will be glad to publish them. Do you have an exciting new product? Do you have an event going on? Come up with something clever and newsworthy and just start writing! The submit your press release to several online sites, PRWeb.com comes to mind, but I know there are others. Google it.

** Distribute a brandable eBook or special report. A brandable eBook or report is one that you can change to include your own affiliate links to websites for which you are selling their products or services. Give the branded ebook away, offer it on your blog, etc. This can go viral! Those reading the ebook will be visiting your affiliate links, the more you distribute, the more traffic you’ll receive.

** How about this…Pull a stunt that gets people talking! The media loves stories about people doing crazy things. Whether you do it online or offline if you make a big splash people will start talking about you. Just make sure it’s somehow related to your website or product so that your URL gets exposure and traffic.

** Join social networking sites to build your personal network. Networking sites are designed to make it easy for people to meet others in their industry and to advertise their products and services. Similar to offline networking events where lots of people come together for the sole purpose of meeting people, online networking sites work the same way. Twitter and  Facebook are my top two, but there are plenty of others. Network, get to know people. This is an awesome strategy.

** Exchange links with other websites. Exchanging links with other websites can bring a substantial amount of traffic if you choose your link partners wisely. I’m a believer that this still works. You’re better to have 10 links from sites that are prominently displaying your URL and driving traffic to it, than 100 who just put your link on a page with hundreds of other links. Be sure you’re linking to sites that are relevant to yours and that you honestly endorse.

Using Articles and Autoresponders Together

Here’s a way to promote all your niche articles besides submitting them to directories one by one.

Writing articles to market a product or service is an excellent way to build any business. The articles, of course, should be very informative, providing the reader with information that is relevant to a specific topic. Your article resource box usually includes a link to a website or blog for more information. The website, of course, is designed to sell a product or service that relates to the topic of the article.

Articles are commonly submitted to article directories, websites, and ezine publishers. This is one of the most effective ways to market a service or product on the Internet, and get this…it can become even more effective when it is combined with the use of an autoresponder.

Here’s what to do. Take all of your articles for your one specific topic and start to set them up into an autoresponder. Each different niche or topic should definitely have it’s own autoresponder address so you will need an autoresponder service that allows you unlimited autoresponders. Make sure you have a master list of your articles per topic and the autoresponder address/form code for each topic one you have set up. Add descriptions of the articles on your master list also.

Now, we all know advertising your articles one at a time can take a great deal of time, but advertising one autoresponder address – the one for the master list of a specific topic – won’t take very much time at all. Simply put your autoresponder topic’s form code in a newsletter, and on your website or blog. That way when someone signs up to receive an informational article, not only will they get to read one, but having set up your autoresponder, they will continue to receive your other articles related to the specific topic. Make sure you have an excellent resource box set up at the end of your articles, pointing your subscribers to your site, service or product.

When submitting your articles to directories, you can even put a link to the autoresponder address or squeeze page where article readers can sign up to receive more articles, into your resource box.

If you don’t have an autoresponder service yet, there are a few decent ones out there, Aweber, GetResponse, etc… I would recommend checking out, TrafficWave.net. The quality of their service is excellent and you can’t beat the pricing, especially when you see all that they provide for one low fee. If you have any questions, as always, feel free to contact me!
